Here’s what you’ll find
A quick guide to the essentials, options and experiences that can help shape your Series week.
Stay close.
For the most convenient event-week experience, we recommend staying at our host hotel. It provides a central starting point for airport arrivals, the primary skating venue and the wider Orlando destination.
Sheraton Suites
7550 Augusta National Drive · Orlando, FL 32822
An all-suite Marriott property near Orlando International Airport, selected as the Series host hotel. The special Skate World Series rate is $119 per night, with King Suite and Queen Suite options. Guests will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms and the meeting room, plus complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO). We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport for the simplest arrival and the closest connection to the host hotel and primary rink.
Orlando International Airport
The simplest arrival for most guests, with the host hotel nearby and a complimentary hotel shuttle.
- Host hotel: approx. 5–10 minutes
- Astro Skate Orlando: approx. 10–15 minutes
- Complimentary hotel shuttle: available on request
Orlando Sanford International Airport
A useful alternative when fares or flight times work better, but it is farther from the event area.
- Astro Skate Orlando: approx. 45–55 minutes
- Host hotel shuttle: not available
- Plan a rental car, rideshare or private transfer
All drive times are approximate planning estimates, not guaranteed journey times. Traffic, event schedules and the specific park entrance can change travel times. Check live directions before departing.

If you prefer an Airbnb or another hotel, choose the location based on what you want to do during your visit.
Near Astro Skate Orlando
Choose this area for shorter event-night journeys and easy access to the main rink.
Airport North & Lee Vista
Convenient for airport arrivals, hotel stays, everyday dining and access to the primary rink.
Universal & International Drive
A lively base for theme parks, entertainment, restaurants and visitor attractions. Allow extra time to reach the rinks.
Lake Buena Vista & Disney
Ideal when the parks are a major part of your visit. Plan for a longer ride back to the skating venues after evening sessions.
For the smoothest event-week experience, consider the host hotel first. Staying near the event makes it easier to get back after late-night skating, meet other guests and keep the week simple. Theme-park-focused accommodations can make sense if visiting the parks is your main priority.

We’ll build out dining recommendations around the host hotel, skating venues and the main visitor districts, with options for quick meals and group-friendly dining.
